The yoga practice means many things to many people, from a way to balance a life and learn the benefits of meditation to a workout routine with fringe benefits.
As a practicing yogi for 15 years, I find the physical practice keeps me limber and the breath work keeps me balanced. It's not what we do, but how we do it that ultimately counts. Yoga's symbolism is both an easy reminder of this present moment awareness and a beautiful artistic expression of line & form.
It is in that spirit that I create my yoga art, reminding me of the practice I love and sharing that joy with others.
